Jack Chapman has been in and around the building industry his entire working life — and co-founding Chapman was always the destination.
What he took from those early years was simple: the best builders weren't the most experienced crews with the biggest budgets. They were the ones who managed well, communicated clearly, and took genuine pride in the finished product.
That's the builder Jack set out to be. And it's the standard he brings to every Chapman project — on site, hands on, and accountable from the first conversation to the final handover.

Dan Chapman spent 20 years in Victoria's furniture and interiors industry before co-founding Chapman™ — and that background shapes everything we build.
He has an eye for design, proportion, and style that most developers simply don't have. He knows how a room should feel before a single wall goes up — and that knowledge influences every Chapman™ project from the ground up.
Dan brings that design instinct directly into the build process. He's not just reading plans — he's influencing them. The result is homes that are built right and designed right, by someone who genuinely knows the difference.
